Cooking Time: 1-2 minutes depending on Waffle Iron
Yields: 4 Waffles
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
2 scoops vanilla protein
1/4 cup cassava flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon organic, alcohol-free vanilla
6 drops monk fruit or sweetener of choice
Directions
- Pre-heat waffle iron
- Combine ingredients in blender until well mixed.
- Pour batter into waffle iron
- Cook for 1-2 minutes depending on waffle iron. Heat until easily removable
Notes
Grain-free, sugar-free! Drizzle with toppings of choice: almond butter, berries, toasted nuts, grass-fed butter or organic maple syrup. Serve for breakfast or freeze and reheat later as an afternoon snack.
