Yields: 10 bites
Ingredients:
6 pitted dates
½ c tigernut flour
¼ c cocoa powder
¼ tsp sea salt
2 squares dark chocolate (ideally refined sugar and dairy free, >70% cocoa)
2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
Process dates in food processor until ball forms. Add in tigernut flour (or substitute with 1/4 c hemp seeds, 2 scoops of collagen), cocoa, sea salt, dark chocolate, coconut oil (melted and cooled). Process again, form into balls & freeze in a glass container for 20 minutes. Optional: add cinnamon, substitute chocolate squares with 2 tbsp chocolate chips
