Prep Time: 5 minutes plus 4 hours to set
Yields: 3 chia puddings

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut milk

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 c chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon organic, alcohol-free vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender until well mixed.
  2. Pour into glass containers
  3. Chill for 4 hours or overnight

Notes

Dairy-free, sugar-free deliciousness!  Optional to add 1/4 avocado for added nutrients. Choose from a variety of toppings such as bee pollen, almond butter, berries, toasted nuts, hemp seeds, coconut flakes or shaved dark chocolate. Great for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
