Yields: 4 servings


1/4 cup avocado oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 cups kale
1 c chopped parsley
1/4 c toasted pumpkin seeds


  1. Food process avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon and sea salt
  2. Switch to the slicing blade.
  3. Toast pumpkin seeds for 3 minutes
  4. Add in kale, parsley and pumpkin seeds into food processor.


Optional to add/substitute celery, red cabbage, nuts or green apple for variety and taste preference.
