Yields: 2 Servings


3 cups organic green lettuce

1 cup organic red cabbage

2 stalks organic celery

2 cups organic broccoli microgreens

1 package of seaweed, crumbled (I like Seasnax)

1 can of wild tuna

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 c extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp cocaminos

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 fresh lime squeezed

1 tbsp nutritional yeast


  1. Add chopped lettuce, cabbage, celery, broccoli microgreens, seaweed, tuna, cilantro into bowl
  2. Whisk extra virgin olive oil, cocaminos, sea salt, lime and nutritional yeast into a small bowl
  3. Pour whisked sauce into salad bowl and toss with all ingredients.


Optional toppings include toasted pumpkin seeds, chopped green onions, an alternate sea vegetable like arame and fresh basil instead of cilantro.
