Ingredients:
2 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp potato starch
1 tsp organic cocoa powder
1/4 c frozen cherries
1/2 avocado
1/2 zucchini
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp ceremonial matcha green tea powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp organic vanilla (alcohol-free)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
The psyllium husk adds clean fibre and a light mousse texture. Potato Starch (i.e. Bob’s Red Mill) is a gut resistant starch that passes through undigested, improves gut health and benefits blood sugar. Optional toppings – bee pollen, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, toasted nuts or seeds.
