Yields: 1 Latte

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

3/4 cup boiled water

1/2 tsp grated fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder (optional)

1/4 tsp alcohol free vanilla (optional)

1 drop ginger doTerra essential oil

1 pinch organic pepper

Directions

  1. Boil water
  2. Add ingredients to blender and mix.
  3. Pour into mug and enjoy!

Notes

Optional to add a few drops of monk fruit, 1 tsp of liquid honey or maple syrup as sweetener. Curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, is great at reducing inflammation and piperine from pepper will increase curcumin absorption.
