Prep Time: 15 minutes
Yields: 9 bars


2 cups shredded coconut

1/2 cup organic hemp seeds

1/3 cup cassava or tigernut flour

2 tsp organic matcha powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp alcohol free vanilla

1/3 c liquid coconut oil, (or melted)

1 small banana


  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor except banana
  2. Mash banana in a small bowl
  3. Add banana to food processor and mix until well combined
  4. Poor batter into greased 9×9 glass pyrex and refrigerate for 2 hours


Optional to add 1 tsp of liquid honey or maple syrup as sweetener when adding banana to the mix
