organic butternut squash (frozen)

2 tbsp coconut milk

1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen (optional)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon organic, alcohol-free vanilla (optional)


  1. Prepare squash in microwave per directions on package.
  2. Combine all ingredients and stir or use hand blender until well mixed.
  3. Warm in microwave for additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into glass bowl and serve.


Dairy-free, sugar-free deliciousness! Choose from a variety of toppings such as berries, toasted nuts, pumpkin, sunflower or hemp seeds, coconut flakes, granola or shaved dark chocolate. Great for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
