organic butternut squash (frozen)
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon organic, alcohol-free vanilla (optional)
- Prepare squash in microwave per directions on package.
- Combine all ingredients and stir or use hand blender until well mixed.
- Warm in microwave for additional 30 seconds.
- Pour into glass bowl and serve.
