Yields: 2 Servings


4 large leaves of organic green lettuce

1 stalk organic celery

2 tbsp organic sugar-free mayo

1 can of wild tuna

1 tbsp chopped basil

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

sprinkle sea salt

1 slice of fresh lime squeezed

1 tsp nutritional yeast


  1. Add celery, mayo, tuna, basil, EVOO, ACV, salt, lime and nutritional yeast into bowl and stir.
  2. Divide tuna mixture into four lettuce wraps, serve and enjoy!


Optional toppings include toasted pumpkin seeds, pine nuts or walnuts, sliced cucumbers or tomato
