Ingredients:
4 large leaves of organic green lettuce
1 stalk organic celery
2 tbsp organic sugar-free mayo
1 can of wild tuna
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
sprinkle sea salt
1 slice of fresh lime squeezed
1 tsp nutritional yeast
Directions
- Add celery, mayo, tuna, basil, EVOO, ACV, salt, lime and nutritional yeast into bowl and stir.
- Divide tuna mixture into four lettuce wraps, serve and enjoy!

Optional toppings include toasted pumpkin seeds, pine nuts or walnuts, sliced cucumbers or tomato
