Yields: 1 Latte


1/4 cup canned organic coconut milk

1 cup boiled water

1/2 tsp organic ceremonial matcha powder

1 sprinkle of cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla collagen (optional)

1/4 tsp alcohol free vanilla (optional)


  1. Boil water
  2. Add ingredients to blender and mix.
  3. Pour into mug and enjoy!


Optional to add a few drops of monk fruit, 1 drop of liquid honey or maple syrup as sweetener; or 1 tbsp brain-boosting MCT oil.
